INSIGHT CHICAGO IMPLEMENT-HF PRESS RELEASE

We are pleased to announce that Insight Hospital and Medical Center is one of the participants in the American Heart Association’s IMPLEMENT-HF™ initiative for 2023. This is extremely important because not only is February Heart Health Awareness Month, but the American Heart Association has also declared February as Heart Failure Awareness Month, owing to the fact that there are more than 6 million Americans living with heart failure, and this number is expected to continue to rise, with a staggering 8 million expected to have heart failure by 2030.

The goal of IMPLEMENT-HF ™ is to develop an ecosystem of care for patients living with heart failure, emphasizing patient engagement and implementation science. When communication is improved, coordination between healthcare providers and patients becomes more efficient and ultimately creates better outcomes.

We’re excited to be one of only 2 dozen hospitals participating in IMPLEMENT-HF ™ this year, as it speaks to our core values of delivering compassionate care to every patient who walks through our doors and staying at the forefront of research and innovative medicine so we can have an impact that spans communities and generations.

At Insight Hospital and Medical Center, we are firmly committed to helping patients live healthier, longer lives, and being a participant in the IMPLEMENT-HF ™ initiative is just one of the ways we’re providing world class care. We are happy to continue to serve you all.
