Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Corporate Marketing Manager and Marketing Team to maintain a top level view of all marketing initiatives

* Manages projects and prioritizes work to meet deadlines

* Must possess the ability to estimate and maintain project budgets

* Provides work direction as Senior Account Executive

* Participates in the planning and development of communication and marketing strategies to the marketing manager

* Responsible for assisting the marketing manager to develop and implement marketing strategies which will increase patient census and revenue.

* Make regular, planned calls to secure new referrals, build census and meet established goals on new and existing referring physicians, surgeons, case managers and other health care providers

* Integrate INSIGHT’s mission Patient Care Second to None in daily practice

* Communicate with referring physicians and support staff to effectively meet their needs. Maintain accurate marketing records by utilizing INSIGHT’s databases accordingly. Maintain a working knowledge of the hospital and its various departments

* Maintain regular communication with the marketing manager to help with managing needs. 

* Identify and prioritize key accounts and communicate strengths and weaknesses to the marketing manager

Clinical Nurse Manager of Inpatient Rehab

Responsibilities
• The Inpatient Rehab Manager manages the day-to-day operations of the inpatient rehabilitation
services unit, including staffing, budget, expenses and volumes
•As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will report to the Vice President of Patient Care Services
and working alongside nurses, you will direct assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource
person and consultant to ensure the plan of care for the patient population
•Possesses a specialized knowledge base and skills to facilitate patient treatment and staff
development
•Provides and oversees patient care
•Streamlines communication between inpatient therapies and other hospital departments
•Provides leadership during times of crisis to assure continuity of care and a productive work
environment
•Maintains approved standards of patient care, collaborating with appropriate persons for
continuity of care
•Communicates clinical issues, as they relate to service or program development, to the Vice
President of Patient Care Services
•Promotes clinical development, competency and expertise in staff to maximize patient outcomes
•Evaluates performance of professional and non-licensed nursing personnel
• Assists with development/revisions/updates for service line specific policies and procedures as
necessary
•Assures that all staff are accountable for documenting care provided, patient family teaching
and discharge planning on patients to which they are assigned
•Contributes to the smooth functioning of the unit by providing direction to staff, other
departments, and families as needed
Valid State RN License required
Supervisory experience required
BSN required
Certified BLS before hire date required
Certified ACLS or completion in first 6 months of employment required
Pay range: $40-$48/hr DOE
Hours: 9am-5:30pm
Paid Sick Time – effective 90 days after employment
Paid Vacation Time – effective 90 days after employment
Health, vision & dental benefits – eligible at 30 days, following the 1st of the following month
Short and long-term disability and basic life insurance – after 30 days of employment
