How do I pay my bill?
You may pay online using our payment portal, mail your payment, or call to make your payment.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept checks, credit or debit cards, and electronic funds transfer.
Why did I get two (or more) bills?
Hospital and physician services are separate. You may get more than one physician bill if you saw more than one physician. Some physicians are independent and will bill you directly. Please refer to the statement and call the Customer Service phone number listed for questions about your bill.
I have insurance, so why did I still get a bill?
Some insurance policies have copays, deductibles, or cost sharing. This is the portion that you are responsible for based on your health plan policy. Your insurance plan calculates this amount. Please refer to your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) or call your insurance plan for questions on your amount due.
What do I do if I have questions or disagree with my bill?
Please call the Customer Service number on your statement. If you have insurance, please contact your insurance plan as they calculate the amount you are responsible for.
