Traumatic Brain Injury

Insight specializes in treating patients with traumatic brain injury and preventing further damage to the brain. Using advanced imagery technology, we can pinpoint the location and extent of injuries that are the result of a blow or jolt to the head.

Headache & Migraine

Our neurosurgery team specializes in diagnosing and treating chronic headaches and migraines. From medications and nerve blocks to nerve decompression procedures, we offer a number of options that are convenient and effective.

Discectomy

For patients experiencing tension or pressure on the lower spine from a herniated disc, minimally invasive discectomy surgery may be recommended. This procedure removes all or part of the vertebral disc and provides fast pain relief and recovery.

Laminectomy

Minimally invasive laminectomy procedures remove part or all of the vertebral bone to ease pressure on the spinal cord. This is an effective way to treat pain and neurological conditions that result from spinal stenosis.

Artificial Disc Replacement

Artificial disc replacement replaces a damaged spinal disc with a manufactured replacement to support the vertebrae while bending and turning. This minimally invasive approach has many more advantages than spinal fusion, including shorter hospitalization and faster recovery.

Spinal Fusion

Spinal fusion is a procedure that stops movement between bones by joining together two or more vertebrae into one structure. Spinal fusion treats a number of conditions, including degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, scoliosis, and spinal column fracture.

Spinal Cord Stimulation

Spinal cord stimulation therapy uses a small implanted pulse generator to interrupt pain signals before they reach the brain. Using a remote control device, stimulation can be increased or decreased and target specific pain areas in the body.
