Atif Bawahab

Atif Bawahab is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Insight Hospital & Medical Center Chicago. He is dedicated to the hospital delivering world class, compassionate, expert care to every patient who comes through our doors. A strong believer in the power of positive thinking, Atif is always looking to enhance Insight. He is a tireless advocate for all of Insight’s patients, employees, and community partners. Atif brings more than a decade of hospital management experience and he led the hospital’s acquisition in 2021. He also serves as Chief Strategy Officer of Insight Management based in Flint, Michigan and a Board Member of Insight Surgical Hospital in Warren, Michigan. In these roles, Atif identifies and develops strategic relationships with potential clients and partners while focusing on Insight’s core values and vision. Atif received his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA) from the University of Minnesota. He earned a Bachelor’s in Business Economics from Texas A&M University.

Tom Schilling

Ali Madha

Ali is the Corporate Chief Operating Officer and Chairman of the Board at Insight Chicago and is a Board Member of Insight Surgical Hospital.  He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Since 2011, he has been a leader in all facets of Insight, from the largest projects to the smallest. He served as Insight’s Business Development Manager in 2013, and his management of the Negotiations and Appeals division for Insight’s medical billing has been the precursor to much of Insight’s recent years growth and expansion.

Kaleem Qazi

Kaleem Qazi is the Vice President of Operations at Insight Health Systems, bringing more than a decade of leadership and expertise in healthcare administration, strategy, and operational growth. In this role, he oversees Insight’s outpatient, revenue cycle, and strategy departments, driving initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency, expand service lines, and enhance patient access across the network.

With a strong background in healthcare leadership and business development, Kaleem has played a pivotal role in supporting Insight’s continued growth and community impact. Prior to joining Insight in 2020, he held progressive leadership roles at several of Michigan’s top healthcare institutions, where he developed innovative strategies that improved performance and patient outcomes.

Kaleem earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Michigan and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Scranton. He previously served as Regional Vice President for the American College of Healthcare Executives and remains active in advancing professional excellence within the healthcare industry.

Beyond his work at Insight, Kaleem is deeply committed to promoting economic growth and entrepreneurship in Flint and Chicago. He has mentored local entrepreneurs and helped establish multiple businesses and jobs in the region, ranging from retail and nonprofit ventures to social media management. Guided by a belief in empowering communities through innovation and collaboration, Kaleem continues to apply his expertise to create meaningful and lasting impact both within and beyond healthcare.
